Spatial distributions
Where are regions with limited development potential located? Which municipalities have a particularly high share of organic farms? Where is the uncertainty about successors on farms still high?
With Geographic Information Systems (GIS) we visulize spatial distributions by combining our results from statistical analyses or simulation runs with the spatial data in a GIS. The results thus also become spatially visible and it is much easier to assess the extent and distribution of a phenomenon.

Practical examples:

"Man weiss nie, was daraus wird, wenn die Dinge verändert werden. Aber weiss man denn, was daraus wird, wenn sie nicht verändert werden?"
Elias Canetti, Schriftsteller
