We base our research and consulting activities in regional economics on our experience of many years with applied regional economic research and with the implementation of concrete solutions in different regions in Switzerland.

The economic development of a region results from an interplay of regional characteristics and economic, social and political framework conditions. We observe political developments, and analyze economic changes as well as regional economic processes. Based on our research results we develop concepts and provide decision support for specific regions. The evaluation of regional policies and development strategies also belongs to our activities in the regional economics realm.
